We would like to thank a number of people who have done absolutely amazing things to raise money for Toby.
Tom and Mez, Nathan’s best friends from school ran seven marathons in seven days and raised £30,000. It’s unbelievable. But it’s true. And it’s quite the most incredible thing. In fact, they started this now hijacked page and have done so much to raise the profile of this heartbreaking and vital cause.
Zoe Cowell-Jones raised an amazing £8162 when she ran the Brighton Marathon. It was her first marathon, she came in as the 12th female and clocked a time of 3:03:54!! It’s ridiculously good.
Jonny and Anna Marrion, Nathan and Verity’s beautiful friends got married this May. Instead of asking for gifts, they asked their guests to donate to Great Ormond Street. So thoughtful and so kind. Jonny and Anna were wed in the wilderness of West Wales. It was incredible. And full of so much love.
Pete Seddon, Sue King, Chloe Nicholls, Sylvie and Mark Proctor, Rhiann Dite, Alice Rosenthal, Sue and Richard Norris, Alice Manning, Mary Tutaev and Verity’s colleagues at the Department of Culture, Media and Sport have also all done amazing things to raise all important cash for Toby, children with cancer and Great Ormond Street Hospital.
