On Sunday 12th October 2025, a team of 50 Dear Toby Trust runners will take on the Royal Parks Half Marathon.
Cancer is one of the leading causes of death in children and adolescents in the UK. Every year, around 1,800 children aged 0–14 are diagnosed—that’s approximately five children every single day.
The Dear Toby Trust is in the midst of an urgent campaign to raise £783,000—enough to fund three specialist clinical fellows at Great Ormond Street Hospital for three years. These doctors will not only provide life-saving care to some of the UK’s sickest children, but also lead pioneering research into new immunotherapy treatments, including CAR-T cell therapy, for rare and aggressive childhood cancers.
